This Privacy Policy describes how 2314.agency ("we", "our") collects, uses and protects information in connection with our website and our application 2314.agency Uploader, which publishes our own AI-generated footage to our own Pinterest business account.

1. Information we collect

Pinterest account data: when you authorize our app via Pinterest OAuth, we receive your Pinterest profile information (username, profile image) and an access token that lets the app create Pins and boards on your behalf.
Content you publish: the images, videos, titles and descriptions you choose to upload through the app.
Basic technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and debugging.

2. How we use information

To authenticate with the Pinterest API and publish content you explicitly request.
To operate, maintain and improve the application.
To respond to support requests.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data retention

OAuth tokens are stored securely and only for as long as needed to provide the publishing service. You may revoke the app's access at any time from your Pinterest settings; upon revocation we delete the associated tokens.

4. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at contact@2314.agency. We respond to all requests within 30 days.

5. Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards (encrypted connections, restricted credential storage) to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

6. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
